Terms and legal notice

Last updated: 9 October 2026

Booking

Appointments are booked on this site, by phone (658 660 779) or in the salon. Booking is free and you pay in the salon when you finish. Prices are those published on the site and include VAT. While the site is a concept preview, bookings made here are tests and the site says so.

Changing or cancelling

You can change or cancel your appointment with the link in your confirmation up to the appointment time, or by calling us. Please let us know if you can’t come: someone else can take the slot.

No-shows

If you miss three appointments without notice, further ones are booked by phone. Yeltsin reviews each case and can lift it.

Passes and flat rates

Passes and flat rates are bought in the salon and follow the conditions given there.

The chat assistant

It is an AI that informs and prepares bookings; nothing is booked, changed or cancelled until you press the confirm button.
